It’s very easy when you’re searching for information to find something that you know will be useful, and to think, “I’ll remember to look at that again later”. Four hours later, you’ve had lunch, a two hour lecture, a one hour tutorial, and remembering what you had for lunch is a problem. That very useful ‘something’ has also disappeared in to a memory black hole.
You need to familiarise yourself with effective and efficient methods of storing and recording the information you find, and the aim of this section is to enable you to:
